Carra Riley came in with a bang on July 4th 1953 and has been lighting things up ever since. Baby Boomer, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, step-mother, daughter, step-daughter, step-sister, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin, friend, teacher, investor and entrepreneur. You name it, she’s been it!

Carra has lived and worked in Denver/Boulder, Colorado; New York City, New York; Kansas City, Missouri; Lake Tahoe, California; Maui, Hawaii, Lake Havasu City and Mohave County, Arizona. She was a retail buyer, taught Merchandising at Colorado State University, and had a 29 year Real Estate Career in Colorado, Arizona and Hawaii. She and her husband also owned two retail businesses, Colorado’s’ Incredible Machine in Estes Park, Colorado and Tahoe’s Incredible Machine in Lake Tahoe, California.

Riley led an eventful life growing up in a Denver, Colorado suburb. She rode her bike around the city and in 4th grade was selling “Carra’s Cinnamon Sucker’s” on the play ground at recess, doubling her money daily. For her recipe, please visit www.CarraRiley.com.
