Attend Survival 101 presented by Carra Riley CRB, CRS, GRI and learn how to develop specific business strategies in building a real estate career.

The student will participate in a workshop format and will come away with a plan of action to implement for successful survival in today’s evolving world.

Survival 101: Business Planning Workshop Friday Dec. 10, 2010 9 to 4 in Prescott, Arizona at PAAR, Prescott Area Association of Realtors.

Current consumer behavior will be addressed and how the agent can meet the needs of today’s buyers and sellers.

Specific plans will be customized for each student based on values and the vision of the individual. Knowing how to work the plan and be preparing for the future should reduce stress and create balance with practice. Retirement options will be addressed and worked into the planning procedure.
